When do I need to order cat gifts for Christmas 2026?
For delivery by Christmas in the contiguous US:
- Ugly Christmas sweaters: order by Wednesday, November 25.
- Everything else: order by Monday, November 30.
These are recommended dates, not a guarantee. Every item is made to order: production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, up to 10, and US standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after that.
My cat will not sit still for a photo. Will a casual photo work?
Yes. Use a photo in good light where the cat's face is clear; a cat asleep on the couch works. Phone photos work, including iPhone HEIC files, and you can crop to the cat after you upload.
Can I put two cats, or the cat and the dog, on one gift?
Yes. Choose how many pets, up to 10, and add one photo per pet if they are in separate photos. Pets are drawn left to right in the order you set.
What if it is not right?
Redo a preview as many times as your free previews allow before you buy. After delivery, if an item arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, email us within 14 days with the order number and a photo, and we send a free replacement or a refund.
