Yes. Choose how many pets, up to 10, and add one photo per pet if they are in separate photos. Puzzles take up to 10 pets in Overdue Library Shift, 1 to 6, 9 or 10 in Office Hours, up to 2 in other group scenes and 1 in single-pet scenes.

No. You check and approve the preview before you buy, and your order then goes straight to our print partner, unless you ask to check mockups first in the cart.

Every item is made to order: usually 2 to 5 business days to print (up to 10), then 3 to 5 business days for US standard shipping. For Christmas 2026 delivery in the contiguous US, order by Mon Nov 30, or by Wed Nov 25 for pillows and sweaters. These are recommended dates, not a guarantee.

Items are printed just for you, so we cannot take returns for size or change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement cannot fix it.

We keep your photos and portraits so you can reorder. Delete them any time from the pet portrait page: we delete your photos right away and a portrait an unshipped order needs once it ships or is cancelled. Previews you never order are deleted after 180 days. We also log the steps you take in the pet tool, such as styles picked, names and notes typed, and previews made, to fix problems. That log has no photos, email or IP address, is deleted with your photos, and is kept 180 days.

Each item is made by the print shop that makes that product best. Each shop ships its own package with its own shipping charge. Checkout shows the total shipping before you pay, and every package gets its own tracking email.

Yes. In the cart, choose "Email me mockups to check first". We email you mockups and hold your order for up to 24 hours, then it ships automatically.
