How does a custom pet ornament from a photo work?
- Upload a photo of your pet on the ornament page.
- Pick a style, such as Santa Hat, Royalty, Astronaut or Van Gogh.
- Check the free preview. Redo it or try another style if it is not right.
- Choose the material and shape, then add it to the cart.
The portraits are AI-generated from your photo. A personalized ornament is printed only from a preview you approved. For how the portraits are made and what they look like, read how AI pet portraits work.
How many free previews do I get?
Up to 10 a day and 30 in total until your first pet order, and each pet order resets the 30.
Can I put more than one pet on an ornament?
Yes. Choose how many pets, up to 10, and add one photo per pet if they are in separate photos. Pets are drawn left to right in the order you set. On a small ornament, one or two pets read best.
When do I need to order a pet ornament for Christmas 2026?
For delivery by Christmas in the contiguous US, order by Monday, November 30. That is a recommended date, not a guarantee. Every ornament is made to order: production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, up to 10, and US standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after that.
What if it arrives damaged?
If an ornament arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with the order number and a photo, and we send a free replacement or a refund.
